Performance Reviews & Evaluations

Our staff is evaluated on their performance and feedback is provided through a formal process. Evaluations are rated, strengths and areas of improvements are identified, and the appropriate type of training and resources are recommended and/or required.

Coaching and Mentoring

Coaching and mentoring is essential to everyone’s success at HIT. You can expect to have a career coach  assigned to you who will help you guide your career, provide you feedback, advice, and implement a road-map to a successful career.

In order to bring and present our clients with the best candidates for the job, the leadership has made it a priority to ensure your career development goals, and skills training needs are met every year and as needed on the basis of a project.
